I temporarily installed my 9500ci’s antenna to the right of my RVM, and have my STi installed just above the left side of my RVM. This test shows how much more sensitive the 9500ci is on K band compared to the STi.

This test between the STi and the 9500ci starts from behind the adjacent shopping center next to the Lowes store which has several K band door openers. You will see that the 9500ci has considerably more K band sensitivity compared to the STi.

This test is against one of my favorite K band door openers. In this case I parked such that the distant K band door opener was blocked or occluded from being visible via straight line-of-sight by both the STi and the 9500ci. It will be obvious that the 9500ci has significantly greater K band sensitivity.
