Not exactly sure what happened in this situation. There were three leos total all of which were running Ka 34.7.
The V1 does a great job of alerting me to C/OK band.
9500CI and XTR690SE vs forward facing K band
This is video from my blackberry Storm. The Escort 9500ci radar/LIDAR system has been excellent, but for some reason the front shifters have started acting up and throwing false alerts. I have a feeling it is only one of the two shifters, but the entire situation is impossible to reproduce at will so it’s very hard to pinpoint the problem. I am taking it to my installer who has been very helpful the whole time, they are going to replace the front heads for me and hopefully this resolves the problem.
Retains normal Distronic features as Parktronic and cruise control with partial K-Band radar detection.
TX DPS running I/O again. These are the worst leos for speeders because all they don’t turn on their radar until you are right in front of them. It is essential to use rabbits against TX DPS.
Again, both rds do a good job of sniffing out this leo’s sneaky hiding spot in the median. This was the second moto LEO that I ran into on that rainy day.
V1 and 9500CI going head to head on 35.5ka GPS Coordinates of Encounter: Longitude= 81 degrees 51′ 2.91″ W Lattitude= 41 degrees 25′ 26.26″ N Altitude= 223.7m
LEO was on the right side of the parking lot I/Oing cars as they entered the lot. Two words: revenue generation.
