This doesn’t … This doesn’t surprise me. When I was using my V1 it always had spotty performance and allowed me to get two non-IO tickets within a short period of time. I switched to a Beltronics detector and have never looked back. It has never needed a “tuning” or be sent back to the factory in all the years I have used it unlike the v-1′s that need them quite frequently from all the posts I have read from their owners that have their v-1 “go out of tune” all the time.
