It may mean nothing to you, but it’ll have plenty of significance to the judge, all of whom accept the officer’s testimony as proof the violation occurred.
@Kartkid024 For the most part, speed laws are set to create maximum revenue for the tyrannical state government or local corporation. If it were about safety, speed limits would be set according to what traffic engineers recommend, which is the 85th percentile speed, rounded up to the next 5mph increment.
If there’s other traffic around, you still have some cover. Fastest speed processing still doesn’t tell you which car is going the fastest. The Pig still has to identify the target. A citizen with a radar detector could use his handbrake to slow down and blend in before being identified.
Great, another armed gangbanger, robbing motorists at gunpoint.
Speed limits, especially on highways, are set to create maximum revenue for Leviathan. The American people are getting sick of the bullshit and won’t stand for this much longer.
They don’t work as good as you might think. When they see you first and then turn the radar on to confirm their suspicions, yes the radar detector will go off but you will still be getting a ticket because it’s too late for you.
Thats what I’m taking about.. what is the lastest radar the police are using? ku looks new to me, and the gps, lord knows..I need a little help..
Peace my friends
Yeah, sometimes you get that. Sometimes it depends on the area you are speeding, for example, officers will give you more of a break on the highway then in a residental area. And sometimes you do come across officers that are dicks. But to be fair to them as well, doing 52 in a 40 seems to me you knew you were speeding. And it is a law.
i helped run radar its not easy to pick up speeders, im not a cop so please dont give me hell. i just got a speeding ticket 89 in a 55. lol it sucked but i was speeding…..
1st off 90 percent is in no doubt a number you pulled out of ur ass. A lot of times when you see officers hidding in alley ways and what not they are doing paper work. Seriously how do you radar someone from an alleyway. You’d have to so quick on the radar it isn’t even funny. Officers normally don’t do many speeding tickets unless its highway patrol, which in this cause its there job. Plus if you drive the speed limit you won’t get a ticket.
