    I’d be careful with …
    I’d be careful with eBay because of the potential of getting a radar detector that was originally gray-marketed and may not be serviceable.

    Look for user ‘escortradar’ if you are interested in uring that you are buying a legitimate and re-serialized refurbished unit from the manufacturer.

    Watch out for bogus serial numbered units (should be relatively easy to spot because of the serial numbers stamped/printed are often of poor quality).

    Yes, the spec display mode enables the Escort Passport 8500 X50 to display the actual freq out to three decimal places.
